Upon entering Bungalow 16, guests are greeted by a spacious and elegantly appointed interior that reflects the essence of Hawaiian living. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom equipped with a deep soaking tub, indoor shower, and dual vanities. Policies
Reservation Policies & Fees - Lodge at Kukui'ula
Deposit
• 25% Refundable Deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.
• For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable deposit
inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 60 days
prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days prior to
arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value
will be forfeited/no refunds.
• For stays of 21 nights or more: Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Full forfeiture of
reservation value, no refunds
Pet Policy
It is important to understand that the state of Hawaii has strict protocols when it comes to
bringing animals to Hawaii. There are quarantine requirements, health certificates, and
other forms that must be completed prior to travel. The Lodge at Kukui'ula does not allow
pets for guest stays. Certified service animals are allowed and must be registered on
property.
Fees
• All Reservations will be assessed a $150 reservation fee and 15% destination fee
plus taxes. (*Resort fee inclusions listed below)
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $149, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental
damage of the vacation rental and its contents up to $3,000. Click here to view the

• If considering using the spa facilities, understand there is a $125/day fee per guest.
This fee includes access to the private lap pool, sunning area, locker rooms, all
hydrotherapeutic treatments, a guided water ritual, and all fitness classes for the
day. If a spa treatment is booked, then the spa day pass fee is waived.
*Daily Resort Fee Includes:
• On-site front desk, valet, and concierge offering 50+ unique and tailored Kauai
adventures
• Access to The Clubhouse with comfortable lounge and family game room complete
with arcades, ping pong, shuffleboard table and more
• Unlimited access to The Farm, a private 10-acre organic farm with herbs,
vegetables, fruit, citrus, greens, and flowers for guest use
